The Aeropress is a versatile brewing device. As a result, people use the Aeropress in a lot of different ways. With these new ways of brewing, there are many pieces of jargon and technical terms that you may encounter in a recipe.

In my latest blog post for Steampunk Coffee, I chat about some of the most common terms I hear people use in Aeropress recipes, from “byass” to “the inverted method”. If you ever find yourself at a loss about a word you see in a recipe, the glossary should be a helpful point of reference.
