Fortitude Coffee is a speciality coffee business based in Edinburgh, Scotland, serving coffee from two cafes in the city and roasting coffee for sale online and in their stores.
About Fortitude Coffee
Fortitude Coffee has a cafe on York Place and in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. The York Place cafe is the smallest of the two, with three tables and a bar area where you can sit. You can get both coffee and light snacks (cakes, cookies) from York Place. The Stockbridge cafe is more spacious, offering a larger food menu than that available in York Place and many more tables where you can sit and enjoy your food.
Approach to Speciality Coffee
Fortitude Coffee roasts all of their own beans. Those beans are served in their cafes. In York Place, there is a sign next to the counter that says what coffee beans are currently being served in the cafe as of 2021. You can also ask the barista on bar to find out more about the coffees that are being served. You can order retail coffee from the range on display on their retail shelf.
