At the end of the Hobonichi original journal, there is a section entitled "My 100." I was curious about what I could put in this section, so I searched online to see how other people had used the pages. I encountered many ideas, from logging one's travels to the meals one has cooked to the movies one has watched. One idea stood out: split the 100 into four lists of 25 -- the pages have four columns, with 25 spaces in each column -- and treat each one as a separate list.
Right now, My 100 contains the following:
- The places I want to visit;
- My personal goals for the year, and;
- Things that bring me joy (a list entitled "Joyful Things", a nod to my informal "little moments of joy" series on this blog).
In the "Joyful Things" list, I plan to note down some of the little moments of joy that I notice. Some may make their way onto this blog; others will remain a few words on the paper to remind me of something that made me feel joyful.
There is one blank column. I'm not sure what to document there yet. I'm sure an idea will come to mind!
