One of the best filter coffees I have consumed was from Nomad. The coffee was sweet, well extracted, and made me itching for more. I also had a cappuccino which had perhaps the silkiest foam of any coffee I have had in a cafe. The cafe is a bit cramped and small, but there is always the option for take away!
