I have enrolled in the Leaderboard Coffee competition. Leaderboard Coffee sends ten coffee samples and you have to identify various characteristics about the coffees. I'm hoping this will be a good way to let me refine my cupping skills. I'm not playing to win right now. Rather, I aim to get better at distinguishing coffees and to explore new flavours that I may not have had in coffee in the past.
