I have not yet admitted this on my blog but I do often have trouble thinking about what I should cover. This may be a topic for a future post. I usually arrive at some idea but I feel a lot of pressure. It may be because of my publishing cadence, but I do like to write daily.

I like the “teach something” approach. I’ve been writing about scripts I have written over the last week. It has been nice for me to refine my technical writing skills. I’ve thought about ways I can improve my scripts as I have been writing. this was the case in my most recent post.

All of your ideas are incredibly insightful! I use so many of the approaches you outlined but I didn’t think about them in categories. I write about my decisions behind using technologies. I find it is much easier to write about things that have already happened, or are happening, than hypotheticals or the future.
